Prashant Agrawal is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Orizin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. His aggression and dedication to work has scaled up Orizin from a mere dream to realty. Orizin is his passion and his vision to see the organization reach the peak of success and emerge a winner. Managing a team of highly skilled professionals he is looking forward towards growth and expansion opportunities both in India and overseas. Having done B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at NIT Trichy and worked with Wipro Technologies, Bangalore, he joined Nirmalabs, a private incubator based in Ahmedabad, where he was groomed in the various aspects of business like marketing, finance, technology commercialization and designing hi-end products. He has a vigorous four year experience in RFID. He has been involved in understanding market requirement, solutions architecting and their successful deployment together with building good customer relationship.

Palaniappan is the co-founder of Orizin. WorkIng as the Chief Product Architect he is responsible for product development and guiding the R&D team to meet customer's requirements. He has done B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at NIT Trichy and worked with Analog Devices Inc, Bangalore. He left Analog Devices in Dec'2005 to start Orizin Technologies Pvt Ltd with Prashant. Since then he has left no stone unturned in working towards the growth of the organization. Being a technologically sound person he has been involved in designing and installations of RFID products and solutions across different domains.

Suresh Rao is the Chief Technical Officer of Orizin Technologies Pvt Ltd. head office at Bangalore, India. He has over 19 years of experience in the Industry.

Suresh started his career at the age of 26 after completion of ME in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in the year 1989. Today, at 45 he heads the technology team of Orizin. He is responsible for overall technical leadership of the R&D team, design and development of products and solutions. Suresh also has the overall responsibility of defining and implementing all the development and support processes towards achieving high degree of quality in all activities of Orizin.

Prior to assuming his current position, Suresh Rao was Vice President – Technical, Flextronics Design Pvt Ltd. At Flextronics, he was involved in a number of product development activities and gained expertise in complete embedded product development life cycle.

In the Year 1989 Suresh Started his carrier as a Research Engineer in C-DOT, then moved to Deccanet Designs Ltd as a Technical Manager and Team Lead in the Year 1994. In the year 2000 Suresh was promoted as a CTO of Deccanet. As a CTO Suresh was responsible for building a team of more than 300 engineers. Along with the team building responsibility Suresh was also involved in attaining quality certifications like SEI CMM level 4. ISO 9001-2000 Deccanet was acquired by Flextronics in the year 2004.

Anshita works as the Operations Manager at Orizin. She is currently involved in handling HR, finance and marketing activities. Prior to joining Orizin she has worked as a Business Analyst at Genpact, Gurgaon and as a Project Manager in Q2Amedia, Delhi. She holds a post graduate degree in Statistics and has also been a member of the The Indian Institute of Actuaries of India.
